Children's Disability Network Teams (CDNTs)

CDNTs support children aged 0-18 years who have complex needs arising from a disability. These teams work with families, schools, and other organisations and services. They use different evidence-based approaches in their work. 

The website will:

• Explain how to refer your child to one of our 11 CDNTs
• List supports, services, and activities that you and your family can access and enjoy
