If you decide you want to take a complaint further

Please contact the lead agency managing that CDNT. The lead agency for each team is listed below, as well as on our CDNT Team pages. 

If you send a complaint to yoursay@hse.ie and it is about a CDNT managed by the other four agencies, the complaint will be sent to that lead agency for a response.
