The Circle of Security Parenting programme is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.

This programme will help you:

• Understand your child’s needs
• Support your child to successfully manage their emotions
• Enhance the development of your child’s self-esteem
• Recognise your own worries around parenting and how to manage these
