Kildare Sports Ability Day - NUI Maynooth

Kildare Sports Ability Day 2024 showcases the sports and physical activities available to people with disabilities/additional needs in Co. Kildare and the surrounding counties. 

On the day, there will be 'Come and Try' sessions, demonstrations, and information stands. 

The event is open to people of all ages. There will be certain groups who offer their activities to adults, and others who offer their activities for children. The sports and activities being showcased include cricket, cycling, dance, fencing, fitness exercises, GAA, rugby, paralympics, tennis, vision sports and more.

Admission is free, and the event is suitable for people with a disability, parents, teachers, students, and anyone with an interest in sport for all abilities.
