National Learning Network (NLN) - webinar on rising school and college avoidance

The National Learning Network (NLN) hosted a webinar on 24th July 2024, looking at school and college avoidance, particularly among students facing mental health challenges. 

The webinar looked at how NLN provides a supportive alternative to traditional education. It is suitable for parents, educators, mental health professionals, or students seeking guidance on what it is like to study at an NLN centre. 

It includes examples of how the NLN works with the individual needs of each student. Two NLN students also shared personal testimonies about their experiences and how NLN has helped them overcome challenges related to school and college avoidance. The webinar finished with the presenters answering some questions raised by webinar attendees.
