New HSE Area Finder launched

The HSE has launched an online tool, called the HSE Area Finder
It was designed to support healthcare professionals by providing the points of contact in primary care and community services for a patient according to the eircode for their home address.
It will provide the following email points of contact:
- Community Healthcare Network
- Assistant Director of Public Health Nursing
- Community Specialist Team for Chronic Disease
- Community Specialist Team for Older Persons
- Children’s Disability Network Teams.
