Helium Arts

Helium Arts is an award-winning Irish charity which runs arts-based workshops, both in-person and online, for children and young people with lifelong physical health conditions. Supported conditions include diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, juvenile arthritis, heart conditions, spina bifida, hydrocephalus, cystic fibrosis, cerebral palsy, allergies, rare and complex conditions and more.

Their mission is to create safe and inclusive spaces, that inspire creativity, spark friendships, and improve mental health and well-being. Participation is free, but you must register for the workshops in advance.
