Irish Wheelchair Assocation (IWA)
The IWA camps are for children aged 4-12 years, who are enrolled in primary school. They are an opportunity to keep active through a variety of activities i.e. wheelchair games, obstacle course, parachute games, GAA, athletics, archery, foam polo, rounders, seated volleyball and much more!
The camps are organised with appropriate child-to-instructor ratio with children fully supervised. All staff are certified with IWA Training, Sport Ireland Safeguarding Training and receive additional training on up-to-date practises seasonally. Staff are selected for their sporting/coaching experience, enthusiasm and leadership qualities.
