Understanding Autism in 6-12 Year Olds for Parents

Life of AU - Autism and Me

"Life of 'AU' – Autism & Me" explores the unique perspectives and experiences of autistic individuals.  The video highlights the beauty of neurodiversity, the challenges of masking, the importance of routines, and the power of acceptance. 

This video resource was developed by young people with autism as part of a therapeutic support group in one of Enable Ireland's disability teams. You can learn more about this project on the Enable Ireland website here.
