CDNT contact details
Each Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) covers a specific area of Dublin South, Kildare, and West Wicklow. A child’s home address will determine which CDNT they attend.
Where a child attends a school or pre-school outside their Community Healthcare Organisation (CHO), the home address CDNT provides the child’s services. In exceptional cases, local arrangements may be agreed where these children may access services from the CDNT nearest to that special school.
